At that moment, Damien was in a tense situation with his mother. It had been three days since Karen took Jean back to the
residence, and yet she still refused to return the kid to Ava and Damien!
Ava never mentioned this to Damien, but he knew her well enough to know that she must be in a state of panic. Even he was
very anxious himself.
“Mom, give Jean back to me.”
“He is my grandson! What’s wrong with me being close to him? Is Ava the one who asked you to come for my dear grandson?”

On the other side, Ava and her colleagues had finished their work and received a dinner invitation from the other company. Since

repay me in other ways, I won’t just help you for nothing.” As he spoke, he inched closer to her, completely ignoring the fact that
this was the ladies’ room. “Mr. Hemsworth, please be more respectful of my boundaries!” Ava hurriedly pushed him away.
“Fiery girl, aren’t you? Why not try being with me? I’m pretty sure that it would be better than earning a few thousand dollars only
every month in the company.” Under the influence of alcohol, Mr. Hemsworth became more impudent and rude. He nearly put all
his weight on Ava and leaned on her! Because of the business project the Radbury Group had with this man, she tried to resist
doing anything that might ruin their business relations. Hence, she could only push him away from her while trying to move

return to the private dining room. If she left just like this and provoked Mr. Hemsworth, it could be her fault for ruining the project.

Luella’s body was obviously shaking as if she was very scared and she even retreated a little. Thus, Ava immediately understood
what had just happened. “Did he harass you?” she asked.
Luella shook her head and tears started to roll down her cheeks.
However, she didn’t even dare to cry out under the circumstances. “That b*stard!” Ava was so angry that she couldn’t calm
down. If she allowed this pervert to continue taking advantage of the girls, bad things might happen! She was about to stand up
in a rage when Luella held her back. “Miss Nagel, don’t mess around. This is a a million-dollar project!” She said in a very
aggrieved tone. “Moreover... he just said a few disgusting words to me. He didn’t do anything.” At this time, Mr. Hemsworth
suddenly sat down beside Ava and Luella with a glass of wine.

thighs in front of so many people! She dodged but he sat a little closer towards her.
Finally, she couldn’t bear it anymore. She picked up the glass and stood up. Then, she poured the whole glass of wine onto his
head.
“Ava!” Luella exclaimed. Everyone’s eyes were instantly focused on this corner of the room. Mr. Hemsworth got angry on the
spot. “Miss Nagel, what the hell do you think you are doing?!”
