Olivia was checking something out in a separate lab nearby.

It was the video of her grandpa’s heart attack on that day.

They were all taken by the satellite. At the moment, the storage space of The Nimbus Gaze was not

She tapped on the keyboard twice with her fingertips and instantly pulled up the route her grandpa had

taken that day.

He went to the park to exercise in the morning and returned home. His illness acted up in the

Olivia’s beautiful eyes narrowed. She tapped a few times and pulled up Gillian’s route of action that

day.

Gillian brought breakfast, went to the hospital, and returned home at

The knocking on the door was persistent. It continued and kept increasing in strength.

Olivia stopped what she was doing and frowned slightly. As she kicked with the tip of her foot, the

rolling chair beside her slammed into the door with a whoosh. The back of the chair was hooked onto

the handle. The door opened!

A tall and handsome figure appeared. It was Gary.

“Miss Taylor.” Gary nodded politely to show his respect to her before looking inside.

and exquisite as an ancient painting, and each stroke was delicately drawn. She was gorgeous.

In Gary’s impression, the girls with good grades were rarely beautiful. It wasn’t that they weren’t pretty

enough, but that they rarely dressed up. Their color was dull and light without strong or vibrant colors,

which made them less beautiful.

But Olivia was different.

“Come in.” Olivia tapped her chin lightly, revealing her exquisite chin. Her facial features were exquisite

and delicate, but when they combined, not only was she not soft and adorable, but she was also cold

and indifferent. She exuded an imposing aura when she raised her eyebrows slightly.

Gary walked in clumsily with his back a little stiff.

“Go ahead and ask me.” Olivia analyzed the results. The computer screen was blank, with only a

simple timeline.

“Huh?” Gary was stunned for a moment without any reaction

“Aren’t you here to ask me questions?” Gary had indeed come to ask her questions but had been so

surprised just then that he had forgotten about it.

He nodded quickly.

“Sit down, please.” Olivia turned around and placed the pen on the table. She tapped her fingertips on

the table and said calmly, “Ask whatever you want to ask. There’s no need to be reserved.”

Liking a robot that had received an order, Gary immediately found a place to sit.

There were not many chairs in the spacious laboratory. Gary looked around and could not find a

suitable chair. He ran to the corner and sat

Olivia’s slightly opened eyes flashed with genuine surprise.

Gary was like a match that had been lit suddenly when he met her gaze. His entire body was on fire,

his face was flushed, and his mind was in a daze. He no longer had the cold and arrogant look of the

school hunk. Instead, he was like a little fool who was at a loss.

He slapped his forehead hard and was secretly embarrassed. He was stupid. What the hell was he

doing here?

Olivia raised her eyelids, and her eyes slowly swept over to the young man. She took in his current

appearance and chuckled. “I’m not a real teacher. You don’t have to reflect on yourself.”

Gary was about to die from embarrassment. He lowered his head, pulled up the chair at the door, and

sat on it.

After the series of stupid actions, the embarrassment in Gary Adams’s heart completely disappeared,

leaving only questions.

“Do you know who I am? How do you know I’m here to ask questions?” asked Gary, looking up at

Olivia.

“Gary Adams?” Olivia’s voice carried a hint of doubt.

Her voice was unique. It was cold and deserted, but there was a hint of focus and certainty.

“How did you know me?” asked Gary, looking up in shock.

Olivia smiled. “Isn’t that hard to guess? It’s easy to spot a kitten mixed in with a group of cats.”

Gary smiled foolishly with her. Indeed, they were the only two young guys on the base. Their genders

were different, and anyone with a brain would notice.

However, there was one more question. “How did you know I was here to ask you questions?”

Olivia raised her eyebrows slightly and asked, “Isn’t it?”

Yes. Gary nodded. He was indeed here to ask her questions.

He quickly poured out all his confusion.

At first, Olivia’s expression was still a little calm, but slowly, her brows furrowed tighter and tighter, and

her eyes narrowed.

for being stupid and asking her many questions.

Olivia gave Gordon the solution to the problem, but she forgot that it was too cryptic. People who saw it

follow her train of thought and understand it.

Gary was stunned. He blinked his eyes and stared at Olivia in disbelief.

What did she say? Was she reflecting on herself?

Olivia turned around and typed on the keyboard with her hands. She said seriously, “I didn’t consider it

thoroughly. I only solved the problem according to my thoughts and didn’t take everyone into

consideration. I’ll make another solution framework. Help me take a look and see if there are any areas

that are not easy to understand.”

She paused and continued, “Science is a rigorous matter. If we can’t communicate smoothly, it can

easily lead to misunderstandings. Once we misunderstand, it will cause a huge blow to the entire

experimental system. So, thank you. Thank you for reminding me.”

Then, she immersed herself in her work with a focused expression as if everything around her did not

exist. All she could see was the computer. Gary sat quietly aside, and his expression was unchanged.

However, his chest and lungs were heaving up and down in shock.

So this was what Olivia looked like.

The first time one saw her, one would subconsciously be attracted by her appearance. Then, one

would be shocked by her intelligence.

However, as they spent more time together and got to know each other better, they would eventually be

convinced by her beautiful qualities.

No wonder those professors still couldn’t forget her even though she hadn’t appeared in the base for

two to three years.
