“Ugh. It hurts…” Alyssa, who had shown up from nowhere, hugged Axel tightly. The bullet

hit her in the left shoulder.

she yelled back with worry.
He examined the stern look on her lovely face. Doubt arose in his mind.
How did she learn about his old injuries? Did Landon tell her about it?
Soon, the ambulance arrived and sent Jasper and Landon to the nearest hospital for
medical treatment. Thankfully, Jasper suffered from minor scrapes. The fight did not make
his old injuries flare up, much to Alyssa’s relief.
