Chapter 172
On the way to take Jolene to the hospital, Karry barely got into a fight with
Bowen.
“If it weren’t for you pulling, Jolene could have done this? Didn’t you say this was a small scene? There
must be something in this wine, otherwise people
wouldn’t be like this…”
Karry is so noisy that Bowen’s brain is about to be noisy by him.
If Karry’s car hadn’t happened to be convenient in front of the hotel, he’d gotten into his car, and now
he really wanted to throw Karry out of the car.
He turned his eyes to Jolene, who was lying in the seat opposite.
Her eyes were closed, and the front of her clothes were soaked with alcohol, but her makeup hadn’t
been worn, and even her lipstick hadn’t lost its color.
So, she still looks pretty beautiful now.
Bowen could have enjoyed it a little longer, but Karry was too noisy.
Follow on NovᴇlEnglish.nᴇtHe was crying and howling, and looking at his posture, there was going to be a memorial service for
Jolene soon.
Bowen frowned, sighed lightly, took off his coat and put it over Jolene’s shoulders. As he leaned down,
he whispered in her ear, “Stop pretending, get
up!”
Karry was stunned and turned back to scold Bowen: “Are you still human? Do you still have humanity?
Is she pretending to be like this? Just now my bodyguard told me that Sophie went crazy in the hotel,
and there must be something wrong with the wine they drank. If Jolene has three strengths and two
weaknesses…”
Karry was impassioned, and suddenly saw Jolene sit up slowly, pull the coat on his shoulders, and look
at them with clear eyes with his arms folded.
Karry was stunned again: “Jolene, you…”
“Young Master An, relax. I’m fine.”
“You clearly didn’t know anything just now…”
“She didn’t drink at all,” Bowen interrupted Karry. “She just poured the wine into her mouth, but didn’t
swallow it.”
“Jolene.” Karry was shocked and admired: “Your mouth is a fish pond…”
Jolene only drank half of it, and when Sophie finished drinking it all, she spat it
out.
Anyway, not a drop was swallowed in the stomach.
Jolene looked out of the window. “I’m fine. I don’t need to go to the hospital.”
“Didn’t you drink real alcohol in the first round?” Bowen said, “Go to the hospital to hang some water
and metabolize the alcohol in your body.”
“So, you were there when I drank the first round?” Jolene looked at Bowen.
Before he answered, Karry sneered and rushed to say, “No, he’s calm, Jolene, you don’t know how
cold–blooded he was just now, I said I was going to help you, and he stopped me, saying I don’t care if
you live or die…”
Bowen slowly turned to look at him. “Did I just say that?”
Follow on Novᴇl-Onlinᴇ.cᴏmKarry was not afraid of Bowen’s gaze and still complained with righteous indignation: “Jolene, Bowen is
too cold–blooded, you should follow me. Fortunately, you are smart, but if you are plotted next time,
you will not be so lucky.”
Bowen was silent for a few seconds and said to the driver, “Pull over.”
The driver pulled the car to the side of the road and slowly stopped. Karry thought he was going to take
Jolene out of the car and immediately protected Jolene: “You have to get out of the car, you get out, I
want to accompany Jolene to the hospital.”
Bowen took Karry’s arm and pulled open the door.
Karry felt bad, he was indignant: “This is my car.”
“One,” Bowen said.
“What are you counting?”
“Two.” Bowen clasped Karry’s arm tightly, and he couldn’t get rid of it.
Who told him not to go to the gym when he had time, but to pick up girls?
“Bowen, I warn you not to go too far.”
“Three.” As soon as Bowen finished speaking, Karry was like a bag of garbage being thrown out of the
car by him. He staggered for a few steps to stand firm and almost plunged into the green belt.
Bowen closed the car door and said to the driver lightly, “Drive to a nearby hospital.”
