Michael seemed to just notice Gemma beside him and quickly said, “Gemma, I’m sorry, I didn’t notice you earlier, I
was too worried about Ms. Cameron…”

His aura was too overpowering. The originally spacious ward seemed much more cramped due to his arrival,
especially his height of 1.85 meters, which gave people the feeling that even the ceiling had been lowered.
Briana Cameron was secretly annoyed, she felt that Maxim did it on purpose, he could have simply acted as if he
had heard nothing.
Michael saw Maxim, a flicker of unease in his eyes, and forced a smile, saying, “I didn’t expect that the person who
saved Briana would be Mr. Yoder, I’m really grateful!”
