She looked down at the menu and ordered two specialties of the restaurant. She then handed the menu back to Raymond, her chin resting on her palm. " Am | to blfor the incident today?" Raymond knew Scarlett was joking, but he wouldn't allow anyone to have that idea. He grunted as he flipped through the menu, "They wouldn't dare say that." Then he made his order.

Hearing Raymond's words, Rick had an embarrassed expression on his face. He cast a glance at Mendes, made a grunt, and turned around to leave the room.
Mendes looked at Raymond, and he was intimidated. "Mr. Shaw, I'm really sorry for what happened earlier. It was unthoughtful of me. Please forgive me." Raymond didn't look up. "Now is my leisure time. | don't talk about business. See yourself out." Mendes had been in the business for many years, and he had finally climbed to his position. Certainly, he knew what Raymond meant.
Raymond didn't want to deal with him now, but later, he definitely would.
Mendes's face changed color. He was startled. He hastily headed out of the room.
