A deafening scream could be heard from inside. Layne Naiswell quickly reacted to the situation while she was
changing her clothes. She instantly hid in a corner, but she was still severely injured.
Her face had completely lost all color. It was a miserable sight.
If this were any other day, she would have evaded the truck with no trouble at all…
But after expending most of her energy recovering Aldo John, she was no different than any other young woman.
Obviously, she got hurt because of this.

Harvey York froze before rushing out to open the truck door. Then, he pulled out a bald man who reeked of alcohol
before throwing him against the wall.
The man screamed in pain. A wretched look was showing on his face.
While Dillon Lee and the others were still in a daze, Harvey gestured to them to move the truck out of the place.

Even before Layne could say anything, blood immediately spurted out of her mouth.

Harvey quickly poked a few parts of Layne’s body to stop her bleeding and enhance her energy.
“Call an ambulance now!” he exclaimed.
“Hurry!”
Ten minutes later, an ambulance with flashing lights showed up. Soon after, all the instructors followed Layne to the
hospital.
After they left, Harvey called the police afterward.
Before long, inspectors nearby also showed up.
They quickly assessed the scene. Judging from the mess, this was just an ordinary accident.
The bald driver drank some alcohol before he drove his truck around. This was an incident of driving under the
influence.
This was a violation of public safety. The police would definitely press charges against him soon enough.
“This was an accident, you say?”
Harvey coldly chuckled before he came beside the driver, who was pretending to be paralyzed on the stretcher.
“Do you really think I’d believe that?” said Harvey coldly.
“Tell me. Did Wilbur or Boden send you?”
Harvey’s murderous intent and a touch of fear were showing in his eyes.
It was good that he did not bring MandyZimmer and Xynthia Zimmer here, or else Layne would not be the only one
who got hurt.
The ones he cared for the most would also have been gravely injured…

The bald driver leaned in toward Harvey with a faint smile while the inspectors were not paying attention.
