forehead, “Why should I care? I want to divorce Jared. If Valeria can make him agree to that, it’s a good thing for
me.”
Just as she finished speaking, the door to the room was abruptly kicked open.
Jared stood in the doorway, his face dark.
From his expression, it was clear he had been standing there for a while.
Having heard what Agnes said, he could hold back no longer and kicked open the door.
Kerri paled, regretting her words.
