Ethan had a headache after hearing this, but he could only be silent now.
When Naya saw that her father was silent and not speaking, her face darkened in dissatisfaction. “Why are you still

something, he quickly advised. “You must not listen to Naya.”

“Don't worry, I won't.” Ethan’s wife reassured him, but she had already made up her mind.
She would not just let this matter end like this.
Ava went back to work as normal at her company. Nothing else happened since Naya's mother came to make
trouble that day.

At first, Ava decided to temporarily stay in Old Whitman Manor so that at least she would have Madeline to take
care of her.
However, since Daniel started to come and pick her up from work every day, Ava went back to her apartment.
