Armand told Steven to handle the rest of the things.
He carried Genevieve out of the cemetery and into the car. When Genevieve heard him telling the driver to bring
them to the hospital, she said she wanted to go to Swallow Garden instead.
Armand knew she was eager to see Amanda, so he told the driver to drive them to Swallow Garden, then put a dry
towel over her.
Arriving at Swallow Garden, Genevieve saw Timothy playing blocks with Amanda. At that moment, Amanda was
dressed in a cute little dress, and her cheeks were rather chubby.
Is this an illusion? Genevieve's eyes reddened right away. “Mandy?”

Amanda nodded vigorously. “Yes! Scold Lucian, Mommy! Lucian needs you to scold him.”

“Armand, when you guys were on the way here, did you guys see Jojo?” Timothy checked his phone. “I spoke to her
on the phone half an hour ago, and she told me she was coming. But she's still not here.”
“We didn't,” Armand answered. “Did she perhaps go back to the mansion?”
Timothy massaged his forehead. “Probably. When I told her about Mandy, she was infuriated, and she said she was
going to skin me alive. I'll go first, okay? I'll bring Lucian over tonight.”
With that, Timothy left.
Genevieve was still carrying Amanda in her arms. Seeing that, Armand took Amanda away and said, “Mandy, play
on your own, okay? I'll bring Mommy upstairs for a bath first.”
