When Esther’s voice reached their ears, their hearts leaped.
“Esther, do you still remember me?” Oliver asked.
Esther turned to Oliver and softly replied, “Uncle Oliver.”
Impatiently, Gabriel questioned, “What about me?”
“Grandpa Gabriel.”
Nervousness made everyone’s palms sweaty. They weren’t sure if the plan would work.
“Esther, do you recall what happened before you fainted?” Agatha asked cautiously.
Esther bit her lip and nodded, her eyes filled with deep-seated hatred. “Grandma Foster, I no longer have a sister.”

“Esther, I understand your grief, but we can’t bring people back to life.” Agatha gently stroked Esther’s hair, her

sister’s child.”
Esther sat up eagerly and said, “I’m fine now. I can—”
“You still need more rest, and we haven’t informed the child about your sister.”
Agatha’s words brought tears to Esther’s eyes. She looked at Oliver and said, “Uncle Oliver, I want justice for my
sister.”
“We’ll take it slow with justice. First, you need to regain your strength.” Oliver signaled to Gabriel, and the three of
them left the room.
“It looks like the plan worked.”
“It did!”
“Things went surprisingly smoothly!”
Gabriel said solemnly, “Let’s give her time to adjust to her new identity, or she might have a breakdown.”
Hypnosis was a risky tool. While it could make Esther forget her past, it could also lead to confusion between her old
and new selves. A mistake in such a transformation could trap Esther in a hypnotic state.
Agatha took charge. “I’ll handle it. You continue with your tasks.”
“When can she return to the country?” Gabriel asked.
Agatha thought for a moment and shook her head. “We’ll wait until she fully embraces her new identity.”

“There’s no rush.”After a pause, Oliver said, “I’m heading back to the country tomorrow. I was too lenient with the
Warner Group before. I won’t be this time.”
“Please, don’t resort to violence,” Gabriel urged.
Although he was law-abiding, Bradley had pushed his limits. If the Warner Group was the source of Bradley’s
arrogance, they would cut off his resources without causing harm.
“Don’t worry. He won’t be harmed.”
Esther’s condition appeared better than expected to Oliver and Gabriel. They could return to their home country
with peace of mind.
