Lisa felt guilty as she recalled that night again.
Lisa blamed it on her excitement that night. She had been in high spirits and had been unable to
control her drinking. She thought having some fruit wine would be fine, but she had ended up so drunk

Unfortunately, Lisa had woken up and remembered everything she had done while drunk, She

handsome man like Terry would be untouchable, but she had successfully devoured him regardless!
Lisa looked back on it occasionally and wondered if the sweet words were to blame. Maybe Terry had
stayed abroad for too long and had never received much sweet praise, which was how she had gotten
away with it.
The next morning, she had woken up dumbfounded, realizing what she had done. She then happened
to receive a phone call from Serenity the very next moment, so she had rushed to check out of the
room and gone home to her country.
At that time, she had regarded their night as a romantic fling. She thought she would never meet him
again in her life.
Who would have expected them to meet again under such circumstances?
“I left a note,” Lisa reminded him with some embarrassment. She had not exactly left without saying
goodbye.
The sarcasm in his eyes grew stronger at her reminder. “Yeah, you did leave a note. You said you were
leaving, didn’t you?”
Lisa’s shoulders shook in guilt. Alright. She knew it was her fault. “Then consider yourself at a
disadvantage. What do you want?
Terry gathered his emotion and stared at her steadily. After a beat, he questioned, “Did you ever try to
look for me all these years?”
Lisa bit her lips a little and said nothing, but her expression was a giveaway. Terry had all the answers
he needed from her reaction–she had never once tried to look for him!

Lisa had not looked for him all these years, but he had searched everywhere for her. He had traveled
almost every road they had walked together, searched Mervo University, and even searched the city’s
surveillance. He had tried everything he could to trace her down.
Lisa choked at the emotions in his chuckle. Her heart climbed up her throat and made her
uncomfortable.
Then, Terry’s phone suddenly rang.
Terry answered the phone. After listening for a moment, his face changed slightly, his gaze on Lisa
thoughtful.
“Hring them here,” Terry ordered, ended the call, and put the phone aw
Lisa had a bunch that the phone call earlier was about her. “What’s wrong?
“Jackson Valor is here for you,” Terry sald, studying Lisa’s expression. “I didn’t expect that. Why would
Jackson come here to look for you? Do you know him well?”
