Judy's POV
This was probably a stupid plan. | mean, we were all wolf shifters, so Mica and Gavin could probably smell me. |
closed my eyes and held my breath as | hid under Gavin's hotel bed. | felt like a child, playing hide and seek,
except | was naked. My clothes were tucked beneath me. | managed to grab them before | slid off the bed and
rolled underneath it. | could hear the distinct voices at the doorway, though | wasn’t paying attention to what
they were saying.
Gavin soon dismissed Mica, much to my relief. After the door was shut, Gavin waited a few moments. We both
heard Alpha Mica’s footsteps retreating and | let out of the breath | had been holding. | still didn’t cout from
under the bed though.
Truth be told, | was embarrassed.
This was such a stupid plan. Why did | think breaking into his hotel suite and laying in his bed naked while he

With a pounding heart, | cursed under my breath. As | slid it from under the bed, he grabbed my arm, helping me
to untangle myself fully, | hadn't realized how long | was under there because my body felt all tangled and stiff
