It seems you've completely erased him from your memory.' Thalassa's gaze was guarded, her body tense, watching Callum intently, her breath uneven. "Neither of us have any right to bring up Leopold. Besides, he's been gone for three years. Wouldn't it be better to let him rest? Why dredge up the past?" Thalassa didn't want to revisit past events, because no matter who was right or wrong, it didn't matter anymore. Leopold was no longer of this world, and bringing up those things would do no good.

But Callum wouldn't allow her to use Leopold's death to clear Lysander's name! Seeing Callum's fierce look, Thalassa felt a twinge of fear, but she had to speak her mind. Otherwise, Callum would continue to misunderstand Lysander, which wasn't good for his mental health.

His expression was a mix of shock and pain, "You're lying trying to m tarnish Leopold's nso you can be with Lysander guilt-free!" How could Leopold possibly disregard the lives of workers just to frLysander? Impossible!
