Mister?”
Jeremy did not answer her. Instead, he coldly ordered, “Tommy, please send Miss Anya back to
her house.”
“Yes, Mister Jeremy.”
Anya’s gaze faltered when she heard that. “Jeremy, aren’t you going to the office today? Can’t you just give me a
ride? You don’t have to trouble Tommy…” she said in a manner that made it obvious to anyone there that she was
pretending to not want to trouble Tommy.
Jeremy remained indifferent to Anya. He gestured with his chin at Corinne. “The little rascal is getting jealous, so I
think it’s best if I don’t give you a ride.”
Corinne was speechless. ‘Hello, I’m jealous? Mister is way out of line. How can he use me like that when he’s the
