Chapter 2070

The clinic director asked grimly, ' Aren't you afraid that it's just a show? How can the pustules on that scabby man

be cured with a few needle pricks?"

Hearing this, a part of the crowd agreed.

"It's possible.'

However, Sean had people defending him.

"So what? So what if it's just a show? Of all the people who've tried it before, did anyone complain? Even if they're

all fake, won't I find out after experiencing them myself?

Don't speculate until things have worked out."

The statement shut many people up.

The clinic director glanced at the person who spoke with annoyance.

The tide had turned against him. Whether Dr. Lennon cured the scabby man, he needed to find something he could

use against him.

With that in mind, the clinic director asked Sean about it when he returned.

"Doctor."

"Yes?"

"Are you using old needles or new ones?"

"Old ones. Why?" Sean looked over to the clinic director.

"Wow." The clinic director deliberately raised his volume." Really? Doctor, how dare you use old needles? You just

used them on the beggar."

With that said, the clinic director looked around at the people.

"Everyone saw how smelly and dirty that beggar was. Who knows how many bacteria and viruses he had on him?"

"I've sterilized my needles," Sean said.

The clinic director said, "Disinfection might not cut it. The beggar had so much bacteria, pus, and filthy blood. Just

the thought of it is nauseating. Even if you've disinfected the needle, there might be bacteria that wasn't destroyed.

"Doctor, are you not afraid of cross-contamination if you use these needles to treat people?"

Hearing this, the people in line all nodded vigorously.

"I think this guy has a point."

"I agree. I get creeped out when I imagine myself looking like that beggar, covered in pus."

Sean also explained.

"Respect others. Stop calling him a beggar.

"Firstly, the old man's disease is an internal organ disease that isn't contagious.

"Secondly, I use professional disinfection methods. Would you rather trust me or this outsider?" Sean said and

pointed to the clinic director.

"I only welcome those who believe in me. The rest may suit themselves."

As soon as Sean said this, the crowd was instantly up in turmoil.

The crowd was divided into two parts. Half agreed with the clinic director, thinking Sean could not use the needles

anymore. They called those who believed Sean fools and deserved to get contaminated.

The people who believed in Sean and had been treated by Sean were also defending Sean.

"What do you know? Are all of you professionals? Shut up if you're not!"

"Dr. Lennon's a kind doctor, just like he said he is."

"You can either stay for treatment or get lost if you don’t want to get treatment!"

While the two parties were quarreling, the scabby man reappeared clean and fresh in everyone's sight.
