Chapter 2202

"The five of you are decent doctors. How can there be a disease that the five of you can't diagnose even after

working together?

"Let's go. Show me!"

Slightly more curious about the patient they were talking about, Sean said after looking at the five apprentices

before him.

"Yes, yes. Dr. Lennon, this way, please!"

The five led the way, waking past the patients still waiting for treatment in the clinic.

"These patients are still waiting. I only need one of you to lead the way. The rest can continue treating the other

patients."

Sean glanced at the line of patients in the clinic and said to the five.

Hearing that, there was a hint of disappointment in the apprentices' eyes, but they did not say anything more. Four

remained in the hall to continue treating patients, while the remaining one went toward the back with Sean.

Looking at the apprentice leading the way, Sean asked," Morgan, can you tell me about the patient's symptoms

first?"

"Dr. Lennon, his illness is strange. He has no symptoms during the day except that he looks pale and weak.

"But red spots will appear on his chest at night. It starts itching uncontrollably, and his chest fills with severe pain!"

Talking about the patient's condition, Morgan Wadkins seemed a little shaken up. It was obvious that the patient's

situation was complicated.

Sean nodded slightly and did not ask any more questions.

Led by Morgan, Sean soon met the patient whose condition had rendered the five apprentices helpless.

It was a middle-aged man in his 40s. He was lying on the bed, looking weak.

As Morgan had said before, there was nothing wrong with the man except that he looked pale and weak.

Seeing Morgan, the man also propped up his body and asked, "Cough cough! Dr. Wadkins, you came. Did you figure

out my disease?"

Looking at the expectant look in the man's eyes, Morgan only felt frustrated. As a doctor, he had failed to figure out

the patient's disease after several days.

"Mr. Quartz, about your body..."

Before Morgan could finish his sentence, Mr. Quartz, lying in his hospital bed, looked disappointed.

Mr. Quartz gave a long sigh and said helplessly, "Forget it. I also heard there's a new clinic with a miracle doctor in

Ocean City, so I thought of taking a chance.

"Even internationally renowned doctors can't figure out my disease. It's normal that you can't figure it out either..."

A look of relief flashed across Morgan's eyes.

Even world-renowned doctors could not figure out what was wrong with Mr. Quartz, and it was not the five

apprentices' fault that they could not figure it out.

"If a doctor can't even figure out the disease, how can they be blamed for being unable to treat the patient?

"Do you think you can accept not being able to do anything because others can't either?"

Before Morgan could think much, Sean's stern voice rang behind him.

Sean's voice was not loud, but it exploded in Morgan's ear like thunder.

‘Yeah! How can a doctor have such an idea?' Mr. Quartz thought.

With a look of shame, Morgan nodded to Sean and said, "Dr. Lennon, you're right. I'll never think like that again!"

Mr. Quartz showed a look of surprise, not expecting Morgan, one of the five doctors at Optimus Clinic, to be so

respectful to Sean.

Although Morgan and the remaining doctors did not find out what was wrong with him, he had seen various patients

treated successfully by the five doctors at the clinic over the past two days.

It was why Mr. Quartz chose to stay here. Otherwise, he would have left long ago.

Sean only slightly nodded after seeing Morgan's reaction.

Then, he turned to the man in the bed and said, "Your disease is treatable."
