both the Orthus and the Cetus.
Otherwise, Solocus would hold no sway over the Cetus.

The lost deviant clan had been planted within the Ecclesiastic Order and formed a
partnership with the Invincible Clan, which explained the Cetus’ inactivity.
They were planning to destabilize the Ecclesiastic Order from within.
Gloria cackled in delight upon hearing the news. “Who would have imagined that
members of deviant clans were controlling the Ecclesiastic Order? No one would believe it!
And they intend to put their plan to immediate action!”
